About La Muscade Chalet Noisette
This spacious well-equipped apartment is situated next to the charming old Vaujany village and just 150 metres from the ski lifts. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is spread over 2 floors to comfortably sleep 8. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, sitting room/dining area to seat 10 with a wood burning stove along with a shower room and WC. From the living room there is a lovely balcony with views of the Grande Rousse Massif and valley below.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with balcony and views over the black ski run ‘La Fare’ to Vaujany. Also on the 1st floor is a twin bedroom with balcony overlooking village and dormitory bedroom with 4 singles with balcony overlooking village, bathroom and WC. The dormitory bedroom has a sloping ceiling and is suitable for either 2 adults or 4 children.
The apartment also has a garage with ski boot heater, storage, freezer and washing machine.
Fresh linen and towels provided and prices include utility bills. This apartment comes with an end of stay clean included too!
And logs are available for the wood burning stove.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at La Muscade. We are a family of five and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is very well appointed with fantastic downstairs shower as well as a bath upstairs which was great post a day's skiing. The kitchen is well appointed and was great to find a few supplies in the cupboards too. There is a log burner which we enjoyed a few evenings. Vaujany is a fab small mountain resort with quick access to all the skiing of Alpe d'Huez. The bakery is less than 5 mins stroll from the apartment. The ski lift is super close and you can ride up in an elevator/ lift to it! We visited the swimming pool and bowling alley. We could have gone to the ice skating disco but opted for a cheese fondue out instead! In summary Vaujany offers a lovely alpine village experience with access to good skiing. If you are looking for wild apres ski then this resort is not for you! We drove from the UK and we were in Vaujany in under an hour's drive off the motorway. Don't rely on the Vaujany shop for your supplies but stock up on your way up! March 2024 We had a great week in Muscade - Feb 2024. Thankyou the apartment was so nice - Feb 2024 What a great fit this was for our family of 3 generations including a teen and tweens looking for a self catering option. The location was peaceful, with easy access to the pool and ice rink, all the lifts and the village. The combo of great kitchen facilities ( hob, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer/blender), spacious dining area and stunning, peaceful, balcony views meant nowhere was better for breakfast, lunch or dinner than La Muscade. The bath and shower option meant there were no delays getting out in the morning... With the bath bringing the extra bonus of being able to revive weary limbs. The boot warmer and access to the garage direct from the accomodation made the early morning departure of 4 adults and 3 kids a (relative) breeze! Although some initial 1st day moans that they were expected to walk up the v small slope to the lift it soon became the morning workout. And all 3 kids were able to use the Wi-Fi at the end of a long day after exploring Vaujany/Oz/Alpe d'huez.. without conflict!We've loved all our stays in Vaujany but this year's accomodation made it all the more special.
