Covid 19 - our cancellation policy

Flexible Cancellation Policy

We've updated our cancellation policy to be more flexible and to give our guests a guarantee that your money is safe if you book with us. 

These new policies apply to all new bookings from 1st Sep 2021 : 

• Cancel your booking due to Covid travel restrictions and/or ski resort closure with more than eight weeks to departure and you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 
• Cancel your booking due to Covid 19 travel restrictions and/or ski resort closure with less than eight weeks to departure and we will issue you a credit note for the value of your booking.  The credit note can be redeemed against future bookings with us.  There will be a one off admin charge of £50.00 for this. 
• If you cancel for any other reason standard cancellation policies apply. 

Guest Safety

Our highest priority is the health, safety and security of our guests & employees. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.  Our property managers and cleaning staff are specifically following official protocol sanitaire guidelines issued by Gites de France.
