Covid 19 - our cancellation policy
Flexible Cancellation Policy
We realise that its a very tricky time to be thinking about booking holidays for the Winter 21 ski season. That's why we've updated our cancellation policy to be more flexible and to give our guests a guarantee that your money is safe if you book with us.
These new policies apply to all new bookings from 27th Aug 2020 :
- Cancel your booking due to Covid 19 travel restrictions and/or ski resort closure with more than eight weeks to departure and you will receive a full refund of your deposit less a small admin fee of £30.00.
- Cancel your booking due to Covid 19 travel restrictions and/or ski resort closure with less than eight weeks to departure and we will issue you a credit note for the value of your booking less a small admin fee of £30.00. The credit note can be redeemed against future bookings with us.
- If you cancel for any other reason standard cancellation policies apply.
Our highest priority is the health, safety and security of our guests & employees. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments. Our property managers and cleaning staff are specifically following official protocol sanitaire guidelines issued by Gites de France.
