Coccinelle is a 3 bedroom, spacious, top floor apartment with uninterrupted views across the valley from its south facing 12m2 balcony. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and has chalet style high ceilings and a beautiful log burner in its 45m2 open plan living area. The property is a substantial 92m2 in size and available with access to its own private and lockable basement garage (with storage space for bikes) and ground floor boot room ski locker for 8 guests. Additional ample parking is available immediately outside and there is lift access to all floors.

Location and Facilities: Boasting a fabulous location, La Coccinelle is only 200m from the main ski lift area and other facilities, including the ESF ski school meeting point, children’s creche, bakery, shops, cinema, library, bars and restaurants.

Although a small and traditional mountain village, Vaujany offers a magnificent sports centre which is very near to the apartment and includes a swimming pool (with slides and waterfall), paddle pool, spa, beauty salon, gym, climbing wall, ice rink and bowling alley. There is also a dedicated toboggan snow park and sun terrace adjacent to the sports centre. The facilities within Vaujany are connected by an impressive and well-managed infrastructure; the central funicular lift, escalators and covered walkways make moving around the village extremely easy.

Kitchen and Living: The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge (freezer), hob and, of course, a Nespresso machine. The worktops are supplemented with a separate butchers table with ample storage and the large oak dresser contains plenty of crockery and glassware. The apartment is generously furnished throughout, complete with leather sofas and outdoor rattan furniture. The oak dining table can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and the feature lighting, hanging candelabra, log burner and lamps provide a beautiful relaxing ambience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: There are two double bedrooms with spacious, built-in wardrobes and additional storage units. One double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and adjacent separate toilet. The third bedroom sleeps 4 guests in two single beds and one set of bunk beds. This bedroom has its own flat screen television, Apple TV and PS3 with a wide selection of games. There is a large main bathroom with toilet, double sink, bath, shower and washing machine.

In-house Media and Entertainment: The living area is equipped with all the popular in-house entertainment. As well as standard WiFi, there is a flat screen TV with UK recordable Freesat, Apple TV and Fire TV, a Sony bluetooth music player, a Blue Ray Player with a selection of DVDs, Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit. For the more traditional, there are plenty of board-games and jigsaws.
