This beautiful four bedroom apartment that sleeps 8 is located in Vaujany's flagship development which has been built right next to the main ski station and is actually connected via a walkway.  This means that it's one of the best located apartments on our books with a door to ski station walk of around 50 yards and less than a minute!  The apartment is on the 2nd floor which is accessed by resident only lift or stairs.  On the ground floor there is a ski shop, creperie, bakery and gift shop.  On the floor below that you have Vaujany's brand new cinema with English and French films. 

The apartment itself is a spacious 130m2 with four bedrooms, one bathroom and one ensuite, open plan living space and large balcony.  The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with an ensuite shower, sink and toilet. This bed can be made into two singles if needed.  The 2nd bedroom has a king size double bed which can also be split into two singles and the room includes an ensuite shower.  Both the 3rd and 4th bedroom have singles that can be made into Kingsize doubles (super kingsize in the 4th bedroom). 

There is one en-suite bathroom with shower over, one ensuite shower room, one family bathroom with shower over and one separate WC. There are 4 x WCs in total.  Moving into the open plan living space you are struck by the incredible views of the La Fare waterfall, the La Fare ski run and the valley towards Lac du Verney.  The balcony is enormous with surface area of 39m2 and south facing so it receives the sun for most of the day. 

The living area has two comfortable sofas to seat 6-7, a flat screen TV with french TV.   There is seating for eight around the dining room table and the modern kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday : microwave, cooker, electric hobs, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.  

The apartment is brand new for 2020 Winter season but we advise you to book early due to its unbeatable location, stunning views and superior interior design is sure to be very popular.
