Chalet Capella

This modern chalet was completed in 2021 and is part of the new exclusive Chalet Des Etoiles development, which comprises a handful of chalets in the lower part of the village.

You will have perfect views of the La Fare ski run and the stunning “Cascade de la Fare” waterfall. The owners have furnished the accommodation to ensure a practical and very comfortable chalet in which to spend your holiday. In the open plan living area, there is a large modern kitchen with breakfast bar, an extendable 12 seat oak dining table along with a cosy lounge area with plenty of light and stunning mountain views from the balcony.

In the winter the chalet is warm and cosy with underfloor heating throughout the main living area. Within a 2-minute walk from the front door you can access the swimming pool, gym and spa along with bowling, ice skating and a restaurant. The escalator next to the leisure centre will take you up to the ski station, shops and the village bars and restaurants.

The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms which can sleep 12 in comfort.

First Floor Large open plan living area with kitchen & 12 seat dining table, cosy lounge area, opening up to large balcony with stunning views, laundry room containing washing machine, dryer & wc, plenty storage cupboards, access to garage & boot room. There is a flat screen TV with access to Orange TV (French channels) in the living area as well as a large TV with set up with digital streaming in the cinema room on the first floor.

Second floor. Bedroom 4, Super King size or twin room. Bedroom 5, 3 Singles. Large family bathroom with shower. Cinema / Gaming Room with large TV and access to digital streaming.
