Huge chalet with fantastic views in great location "The owner greeted us and showed us round whilst the log fire blazed. It's unusual to find it is more spacious than the photos suggest. 9 of us had beds to spare and loads of space. The chalet is equipped with everything you'd want for a ski holiday including a boot drier in a room adjacent to the garage. The kitchen has everything, even 2 raclettes and a crepe pan. The location is 1 km walk down to the ski lifts in vaujany but a free bus shuttle avoids any need to get the car out. In theory you can ski home down les vaujaniettes piste but in practice it's a hard slog up the hill in ski boots with kids so recommend the chair lift back to vaujany. Shopping is limited to a small but good mini market so recommend bringing most of what you need if possible. It's right up our list of places to go back to. Picture yourself reclining on the balcony with a beer in hand and a view of the sun setting on the snowy mountains opposite. Marvellous." Feb 2015
